time and opportunity to learn a new skill for yourself. These days everything

of what you wish to study. Various tutorials and study material is available
free on the internet. Take advantage of it. Don’t west this amazing
opportunity.
4] Maintain a Healthy Active Lifestyle.
Everyone is in their houses for the past 12 to 15
days. You might have observed many little things that you do. You are eating
homemade fresh food [you are not eating any ready food, not eating any kind of
packet food, most important thing you are not eating any kind of junk food], also you have no time so
you can do exercise or workout for yourself.
I think half an hour of workout
per day is necessary since you don’t have any other outside activity. So,
eating healthy home cook food and doing some workout may lead you to give a healthy lifestyle. Try it out you will
get the results for sure and you will be able to control your body weight. Give
