Why people always blame me 99% negative ware as I am  a simple public house for relaxation and licensed to sell alcoholic drinks don’t forget!! In India it’s a foreign trend but I think now India is becoming developed country so there’s a less chances of neglecting me. Whoever the person enters we don’ know the purpose why he or she enter inside the pub on the other side people quickly become judgmental, mostly in negative ways without knowing the answer of why?

In general people always gossip about negative things first and you Have to tell them separately the positive things, I think it happens because of legacy, generation gap, jealous and difference of opinion etc. so on and so forth but we forget about the enjoying the current moment, the present in your hand and you will never know what will happen tomorrow. That’s ware philosophers says “Live your day as it is a last day of your life” it’s a very big thing it self and often people take much more time to understand it.   

Now, a days I am not the place of only drinking, it’s a place for relaxation, releasing your stress levels, enjoying the music, good food, dancing in your own style without thinking of what other people will say, for personal space. It’s like enjoying yourself and the me time, but I think people should come once in a while for a some change of daily routine in order to bounce back in your life again as you know I am for only relaxation purpose so, don’t be over habitual to enjoy in a pub.  

The alcoholic drink and habit of wasting money is not a problem. The real problem is the mind set of people or the thinking of people when it comes to the drinking habit and the effects of over drinking but whatever things we try to do it in over confidence or may be over action it always affects to everything including your health and money too, this is a fact. We need to have control over our mind.

Money, Power, Influence, Trust, Faith, Position etc. these words are not enough to describe the a Leadership quality in a person. Till now in every era we witnessed number of Leading Successful Leader. If we thought every human is a leader himself/herself somewhere OR other in their respected phase of life in their respected situation struggling to achieve something, but what makes a simple normal person as a Leading Leader.   We may say that, “This particular person is gifted some qualities by God” Right?  common thinking, but they forget the one thing as we know qualities needs to be developed, those who want spoon feeding for them it’s very difficult to survive in game whether its political, social or corporate.. So, Be always top on your own game! You will never know which game your fate has planned for you.

We came with 16 personality type all over the world with different mindset and behavior of each individual who is a human, so there is not always matter’s the common thinking. In, general we easily find odd man out, who is actually out of box as a person or its behavior. Do you think it is very cool to be odd or different for the person who is actually himself/herself odd or different personality? To become a successful Leading Leader is not an easy task.

Mahatma Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, Hindu -Hrudaysamraat  Bala Saheb Thakare, Dhirubhai Ambani, Dr.Azim Premji, Narayan Murthy, Holiness Dalai Lama etc. these are the Successful Leading Leaders from  business to politics to region to community based structure.  Each one of them is having unique skills to influence, manage, help, organized, maintain, guide etc. quality. But the main important factor is without presence of people what is a use of such quality. A Leader is known for the people and by the people. Hence the people keeps confidence on their ideology and either be behind them or besides them supporting their thought process.

A Leader should be “Danashura” like “Karna” in Mahabharat. Intellectual and artistic development is essential for progress of organization and its people like  Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj used to do. Leadership can measure by what quality performance you did for the people through your heart without accepting anything return, but we today live in 21^st century. So many things vary form decades to decades, as we can understand the generation gap between any human in some situations and it’s a very critical to manage it  required softness. New technologies are coming up in all sectors, so now it is a necessary thing to use such opportunity and get benefit by adding to your skills and be smart enough to explore more on Leading Leadership and its quality.
